11 OCTOBER – COOKING WORKSHOP THE ART OF PIZZA
During this pizza making workshop you are taught how to make the perfect dough base and add the freshest toppings. Your pizza maestro also teaches you methods to knead, break and roll to reach the perfect consistency, ready for cooking a great professional pizza in a normal oven.
We will recount historical anecdotes, details and tales of Italian cuisine, all provided with the recipe book. Every class will end with tasting the dishes just cooked, the price of 45€ includes the use of the location, all the necessary equipment and local fresh ingredients or those imported from our Italian suppliers and a welcome “aperitivo”.

12 OCTOBER – SPECIAL DINNER AND CHAMPAIGN PAIRING
Conviviality is where bubbles, great food and lovely company cross path. We invite you to join us in exploring the joy of conviviality at the intersection of two great traditions: French Champagne and Italian cuisine – all this at the heart of Eindhoven’s most vibrant and creative area, Strijp S.
Our Champagne selection, from traditional and carefully selected producers, will range from the purist “Blanc des blancs”, to a “Champagne d’assemblage”, then to a less conventional “Blanc de noir”, made solely with red grapes. We will conclude with the fresh notes of a “Pas dosé”, where no sugar has been added in the production process. Each wine will be combined with a delicious course from our Chef Giovanni and sous-chef Diego.
During the evening, we will share with you the background of the recipes and fresh ingredients used in the preparation, as well as introduce you to the great tradition of Champagne and its fascinating history. Et voila’ – join us in this joyful discovery journey!

20-21-22 OCTOBER FOOD & DESIGN CREATIVE DINNER
A unique evening where the chef meets the artist, matching colors and shapes together to give you a great and special dinner experience at the occasion of the Dutch Design Week 2018. We will both create colorful geometrical – edible and not – shapes. At a time of convergence, innovation and knowledge-sharing we are part of a proactive era of fusion, exchange and redefinition – putting together knowledge and love for the Italian food & Design.
The color of the tapes of No Curves will convive with the freshly-made pasta and dishes done with natural coloring ingredients. As food is much more that just physical nourishment, we can take food and apply design onto it.
